SMBH's project, the Convergent Media Center at Capital University, is the epitome of creativity and collaboration. Loy Hall was demolished in June (see video here) so construction could begin on the 34,430-square-foot facility that will combine technology and media-related degree programs and disciplines. The center, estimated to cost $16 million, will include classrooms and performance spaces, digital-design laboratories, new faculty workspaces and conference rooms, and television, radio, digital-art and recording studios. Construction is expected to be completed in August 2016. Read more about this dynamic learning space here!
