SMBH President Stephen Metz is a member of the Ohio Construction Transformation Consortium (OCTC) which represents a cross-section of construction industry disciplines—architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and planners. Their goal is to help the construction industry achieve greater efficiency, productivity, and success by examining how projects are performed and developing strategies and guidelines for doing them better. The group provides white paper development, speakers for conferences and client information sessions.
Recently, their article "Design-assist: The way to really fly" was published in the June issue of BD+C magazine.
