Miller and Fling pass Ohio PE exams

Posted on June 16, 2016

We are pleased to announce that project engineers Nathan Miller and Lara Fling, CDT have successfully passed their Ohio professional engineer (PE) exam. The PE license is the engineering profession's highest standard of competence, a symbol of achievement and an assurance of quality. To become licensed, engineers must complete a four-year college degree, work under a professional engineer for at least four years, pass two intensive competency exams and earn a license from their state's licensure board. To retain their licenses, PEs must continually maintain and improve their skills throughout their careers. With Nathan and Lara's designations, SMBH, Inc. now has 14 PEs on staff.
